Credit card payment via SimplePin

With online payments through SimplePin, you have control over how and when you want to pay. Payments will be applied directly to your Acera Insurance account.

Note: Payments will appear as SPL*AceraInsurance or SPL*AceraBenefits on your credit card statement.

Pay online or with telephone banking

If you’ve received an invoice from Acera Insurance, you can pay your insurance premiums using online and telephone banking through most major financial institutions.

Use your 10 digit Account Number (removing any dashes or special characters), located at the top right corner of the invoice

Note: If Acera Insurance does not show up with your banking institution, please use the name of the legacy company you were a customer of (CapriCMW Insurance, Rogers Insurance, Megson FitzPatrick Insurance, Smith Petrie Carr & Scott Insurance or CCV Insurance).

Invoice Payment

If you’ve received an invoice from your insurance company, you can pay your insurance premiums directly on their website, please select the insurance provider to be directed to their payment pages. If the provider is not listed here, please refer to the invoice provided by your insurance company for payment information.
